Andy Polus

Andy Polus graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and was ready to put his skills to work. In July of 1992, answering the first ad he saw, Partners hired Andy where he quickly rolled right through the program. He went from Seattle to Detroit finally settling in Pittsburgh where for the next few years he couldn’t believe what was happening! Fresh out of college, first interview, promoted to his own deal in 11 months, 24 years old and making $75 - $125 000.00, Andy felt he was capable of anything! Then came a crossroad.

Many of us have reached similar situations in our lives where we figure that everything is going so good for ourselves maybe we could do it on our own. In 1995 Andy did exactly that where, as he puts it, “fell flat on my face!” After trying a few different things, he kept asking himself, “Oh my gosh, what did I do?” He realized, what he affectionately refers to as, “The Mistake” he had made for leaving Partners in the first place!!

Then, in 1999, in Phoenix, Andy met up with a past comrade and asked if he could find his way back to Partners. Of course he was welcomed back with open arms to the Partners Family and virtually started from scratch where he went through the entire program…AGAIN! Andy was awarded the ‘Come Back of the Year ‘ award for 1999 and never looked back.

Today he is back running his own organization where he cherishes the freedom this company has afforded him allowing him to spend precious time with his family and enjoying the amazing trips Partners takes him on - Italy, Israel, Egypt, Cozumel, Cabo, Jamaica, Bahamas and Cancun are but a few he has experienced with many more yet to come.

He has a picture of his dream – a 72” foot yacht - hanging on his office door and has calculated that by the age of 42, he will be able to make his calls from his boat. He will continue to roll up his sleeves and believes that with Partners, he, and anyone that walks through his doors, is worthy of reaching their goals and making their dreams come true – he is a testament of proven success. Andy couldn’t have put it any better by saying, “People always say that they will believe it when they see it. With Partners, you have to believe it and then you will see it!”
