Tom Embrescia
has over 35 years
of experience in owning and operating successful radio, television,
outdoor,
direct marketing, manufacturing, and real estate businesses.
Tom places the emphasis on the success of all the sales people
and the branch managers to help them
achieve their financial goals.

Lou
Terse,
Vice Chairman & C.E.O
Lou Terse brings over 35 years of selling, management, and ownership experience
from such diversified entities as Xerox Corporation, Bally's Scandinavian Spa
Corporation, and various manufacturing and direct marketing businesses. Lou's
hard work, drive, and determination is focused on providing the best product
at the best prices, so that the artwork will "fly out the door".

Matthew Embrescia,
Board of Director
A graduate of Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A in Marketing, Matthew became fluent in Spanish while studying during a college year abroad at the Universidad Autónoma in Madrid, Spain. Matthew has worked throughout the United States for 8 years as a sales executive and manager in the Broadcast Industry for Katz Communications, Comcast, and Cox Communications. Matt helps to improve Partners' ability to focus on and execute their top priorities.

Scott
Finerman, Vice President & C.F.O.
Scott
has been with Partners since it's inception. Scott
is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and has
a CPA and holds a JDS degree. He was a 19-year partner
in a regional accounting firm, prior to joining Partners.
Scott is an expert on new business development and
helping companies put their accounting and legal teams
together.

Donna
Hegedus, Controller
Donna is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College,
and previously was an investor accountant for Melon
Bank's Commercial Mortgage Banking Division
prior to
joining
Partners
in 2000. Donna is responsible for the
financial side of our business and works with branch
offices in handling inventory, ordering, and operations.
Her positive attitude makes the business side of
our company run smoothly.

Beverlee Williams, Art Events General Manager
Beverlee joined Partners in 1993. After quickly assisting her Branch Manager in building their office up to the top, becoming a Partner in another branch, and helping to develop an entire region, Beverlee was asked to come to Partners HQ and assist the company nationwide in expanding our business. She is now Partners General Manager of ArtEvents and has helped to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for various national fundraising campaigns, hospitals, schools and charities. In addition, Beverlee is also responsible for organizing all of our company travel nationally and internationally.

Lisa
Brown, Graphic Designer & Webmaster
Lisa graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Graphic Design and a minor in Advertising. She has been with Partners
since 2002, and loves focusing on creative ways to help managers
succeed in selling their products. She creates the company's weekly newsletters, is the webmaster of partnersllc.com, and also creates promotional materials
for ArtEvents.

Giddens,
Accounting
Autumn is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College with a BA in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. Autumn brings to Partners over five
years of accounting experience and her great attitude is a welcome
addition to the Accounting Department.
